How to preserve:

       
1) Do not leave the oil to the light
2) Do not expose it to sudden changes of temperature
3) Do not leave the oil cruet opened
4) Wash the oil cruet once a month

Things to know:

       
1) When heated ,the point at which it begins to smoke is 280 °C ( 536 °F), so it is the most healthy.
Never let it smoke
2) It is natural,obtained by simply pressing olives
3) It stimulates intestinal absorption of calcium
4) It is the most digestible of all the vegetable fats
5) It lowers the levels of cholesterol ,slows the growth of tumors
6) It contains a large quantity of vitamins A and E, polyphenols, natural antioxidants
